Rental Agreement

Have a read through our Rental Agreement for Karcher Rental Puzzi Services or contact our friendly Customer Service for help! By entering into a rental agreement with IdealClean, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions specified herein.

1. Payment Terms

1.1
Self Pickup: Payment can be made upon pickup.

1.2
Lalamove Delivery: Payment can be made 1 hour before delivery arrangements.

1.3
A refundable security deposit of RM200 is required and will be refunded upon return of rented items in their original condition, subject to deductions for damages, late return, or loss of equipment.

2. Rental Period Commencement

2.1
The rental period shall commence as per the agreed Pickup / Delivery Appointment.

2.2
Pickup: The rental period will commence as per the agreed pickup appointment, even if the customer is late.

2.3
Lalamove Delivery: Delivery will only be processed within one hour before the appointment time and after full payment has been made. The rental period will commence as per the agreed delivery appointment, even if delivery is delayed due to late payment or courier delays.

3. Late Return

3.1
A grace period of 1 hour is allowed for returning the rented items. Late returns will incur a fee of RM20 per hour. Returns delayed beyond 4 hours will be subject to an additional one-day rental fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1
All rental items are inspected before delivery to ensure they are in good condition. Any damages must be reported within one hour of receiving the items. Otherwise, they will be considered the customer responsibility.

4.2
Proper Use: The customer agrees to use the rented items only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

4.3
Care & Maintenance: The customer must keep the machine clean and in good condition throughout the rental period.

4.4
Prohibited Activities: The items are rented solely for home cleaning purposes. It is strictly prohibited to use it for any commercial cleaning purposes, including but not limited to offices, restaurants, or other commercial establishments.

4.5
Return Time: The rented items must be returned on time as scheduled. Legal action may be taken if the items are not returned within a reasonable time.

5. Damage, Loss and Liability

5.1
Damage Fees: The customer shall be liable for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

5.2
Missing Part: The customer shall be liable for any missing parts. The replacement cost will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

5.3
Loss or Theft: In case of theft, loss, or irreparable damage, the customer shall compensate IdealClean for the full replacement value of the machine.

5.4
Liability Disclaimer: IdealClean is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the rented items.

6. Insurance

6.1
IdealClean does not offer insurance options for potential damages or losses. Liability for damages during the rental period lies with the customer.

7. Identification Document Provision

7.1
As a security measure, the customer must provide a valid Identification Card (IC) to rent our items.

8. General Terms

8.1
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Malaysia.

9. Agreement Acceptance

9.1
Submission of the reservation form implies the customer’s agreement to abide by all terms of the Rental Agreement.
